In addition to discovering ACCIONA's multiple solutions, participants receive intensive skills training and embark on group challenges and projects that take them out of their comfort zone.

    You will live an enriching experience. During ACADEMY, you will have intensive training in your professional skills for several weeks. We give you the necessary tools to boost your employability. Take part in activities such as training workshops on key competencies (communication, leadership, teamwork, agile methodologies, digitalization, negotiation, etc.), networking with ACCIONA experts and orientation sessions with the Graduate Office, among others.

    Requirements

    What are we looking for?

    Previous-to-last year of a Bachelor or Master’s degree, proficient English skills (other languages will be also taken into account) and a good academic record.

    8 - 19 january 2024

    CHLIE V EDITION

    During two weeks participants will take part in an intensive classroom training program, from January 8 to 19, 2024. They will be able to get to know ACCIONA, work on practical cases and share experiences with other students, participate in skills training workshops, networking with different ACCIONA professionals, teamwork in different challenges and a real case of the company.

    III Edition México 2022

    On July 18, 2022, the third edition of ACADEMY began in Mexico. In this online edition, participants learned about the most relevant and important professional competencies in the working world. ACCIONA professionals accompanied them during the experience, giving them the opportunity to learn from experts first-hand.

    I Editión Peru 2022

    On July 18, 2022, the first edition of ACADEMY was launched in Peru. Candidates lived an online training experience with training workshops in key competencies (communication, leadership, agile methodologies, negotiation, etc.), networking with ACCIONA employees of reference and orientation sessions with the human resources team.

    V Edition SPAIN 2022

    On July 4, 2022, a new edition of ACADEMY began in Spain. As every year, the selected participants worked on different professional skills that were put to the test in a real case. Teams made up of different profiles took on a role and, with the help of ACCIONA professionals, they presented their case before a jury.

    III Edición Chile 2022

    30 college students with high potential, teamwork and the motivation to grow participated in the third Academy programme in Chile. It gave them a first contact with worklife, provided experience and put their professional skills and abilities to the test after two weeks of online training. The programme will took place from 10 to 21 January.

    I edition Brazil 2022

    This year was the start of the first edition of the Academy Brazil programme, involving 20 students from various fields of study such as Engineering (Civil and Industrial), Law, Marketing or similar. This training gave the candidates a boost for their entry into the labour market. Thanks to the intensive training, they will be able to differentiate themselves from other candidates and stand out in the selection process and university internships at ACCIONA.

    IV EDITION SPAIN 2020

    In July 2021, 40 participants were able to reinforce soft skills that will help them at the beginning of their professional career and in their personal growth. The students discovered ACCIONA's different businesses through numerous meetings with company experts, and these, along with fun practical challenges, made the program an unforgettable experience.

    Online EDITION AUSTRALIA 2020

    Adapting to fast changing environments and challenging the way we do things, has become our sign of identity. Participants of this edition were able to discover more about ACCIONA in an online format. Innovation and creativity were the pillars that made this edition a success!

    III EDITION AUSTRALIA 2020

    The Academy program in Australia bet for a successful transition from the university into the business world. This experience helped the 35 participants to focus on their personal development and soft skills. The 2020 Academy Program provided the necessary tools to become successful in this industry, in parallel with inspiration and motivation to become a better human.

    III EDITION SPAIN 2020

    In 2020, the III edition of the Academy program was held online. 40 students learned from consulting professionals and ACCIONA employees from several businesses. The program brought the students closer to the business world and sustainability and allowed them to expand their network.

    II EDITION AUSTRALIA 2019

    35 students had the opportunity to participate in the Academy Program during a couple of weeks, in which they had the chance to meet different professionals of ACCIONA. They developed hands on projects, and learned about the different ways to present ideas and work in teams. After the training program, the participants were ready to what was going to come in their lives: the first professional endeavor.

    I EDITION MEXICO 2019

    In the I EDITION of Academy in MEXICO we bet for the Mexican university students with a summer project where young people could have their first approach to the working life and enrich the company with their innovative vision. Selected students participated in an intensive training program, discovered how a global company works, and learned about leadership and the most effective ways to present ideas and implement initiatives.

    In the II Edition of Academy in Chile 20 young people committed to a better future were trained by our team visiting our construction sites in Talca, developing practical projects and learning more about our vision of a sustainable future.

    35 students visited ACCIONA's corporate headquarters, where they had the opportunity to have a close contact with experts from very different areas, ready to solve all their doubts and guide the first steps of what is about to come in their lives: the professional career.
